Cancellations, Shipping & Returns
We offer cancellations up to 2 hours of placing your order. Please contact us immediately utilizing the "Email Us," button below.
Items can be returned or exchanged up until 10 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. Items will be shipped within 2-7 business days, depending on holidays and order volume. Rest assured that we will process and ship your orders as soon as possible!
If your item is defective, please take a picture of the item and contact us within 7 days. Taking a picture allows us to contact our manufacturers so we may correct the issue. If your item is eligible for a refund, your refund will be issued within 2-5 business days and to your original form of payment.
